Dr. Gokhan Shevket
Dr. Gokhan Shevket graduated from the University of Western Ontario Dental School with his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2006. He served with the Canadian Forces for 7.5 years as a military dentist, where he was fortunate enough to receive extensive training in many dental surgical programs.
Although he is a general practitioner (GP), his extensive surgical training and experience allows him to provide some dental surgeries at regular (GP ODA Fee Guide) prices to his patients. His dental services primarily include impacted wisdom teeth extractions (with or without sedation), dental implant surgery, and soft and hard tissue (bone) grafting. Over the course of his 17+ years of dental services, he has performed thousands of surgeries - with or without for sedation, including oral sedation, nitrous (laughing gas) sedation , and intravenous (IV) sedation (1 agent). Dr Shevket does provide limited dental surgeries under General Anesthesia (GA - monitored by Anesthesiologist + registered nurse ) depending on the patient's anxiety, location, and the complexity of the surgery
